We host Fitness Holidays and Triathlon Camps in the French Alps. From running to cycling to yoga; each retreat focuses on a different sport, so you can choose the retreat most appropriate to you and your goals.
Fitness Holidays 2012
Our 2012 holidays include
26th May – 1st June; Fitness and Conditioning Week for sports players looking to build their fitness and increase their training knowledge.
16th – 22nd June; Well Being Retreat for those looking to get away from it all with a fabulous week in the mountains learning how to feel great again.
23rd June – 1st July; Liz Yelling’s Running Camp for long distance runners looking to get fabulous tips and techniques in how to run better. THIS CAMP IS NOW FULL.
1st – 7th Sept; Running Made Easy Week for beginner to 5km runners who want to learn how to run or how to run more efficiently.
1st – 7th Sept; Fitness Week for all levels looking to improve their fitness, feel great and get out to play in the beautiful mountains.
8th – 14th Sept; Trail Running Camp; Liz Yelling joins forces with Steph Lightfoot to run in the hills around Annecy Lake, with marathon master-classes for those focusing on long-distance running
We also have a series of weekends in September, including Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Weight Loss and Horse Riding.
Trainers
International sports-stars, professional coaches and local guides are the trainers for our holidays, providing the best expertise available. We design the weeks to make sure you learn as much as possible so you can take it home and put it in to practice.
One-to-One Assessments
You will receive a one-to-one assessment and analysis and feedback whilst you are with us. Where appropriate, we also use video analysis to review your progress whilst you are with us.
The Facilities
Our playground is the beautiful Savoie and Haute Savoie regions of France. We use the natural facilities of the area, i.e. the mountains, the lakes and the rivers, as much as we possibly can. Each holiday is unique so see the holiday information page for more details.
The Accommodation
Our holidays are all hosted in luxury chalets or hotels typical to the region. The accommodation for your holiday will be shown in the holiday information on the website. We have a team of people to look after you and make sure you can relax after a great day out in the mountains.
Food
Food is a very important part of the recovery, as well as the enjoyment of the week. The menu for your week is designed by your trainer to ensure you are provided with both delicious and highly nutritional food suitable to the sport you are doing. The food is sourced locally and cooked fresh every day, to give you a flavour of France

- Transfers to and from Geneva Airport or Annecy Station in private vehicle
- Local transport to and from the airport and to activities
- Accommodation in a 4*+ chalet in a private room, unless otherwise stated
- Buffet-style breakfast, lunch and a 3-course dinner, except on the last night when we eat out
