Pip has been working in the French Alps as an accompagnateur (mountain leader) for over 10 years and is a fabulous walking guide for the area.
In her previous life as a teacher, she was based in the Lake District teaching Sport, Outdoor Activities and Geography. In her spare time, she was able to get out and enjoy all the Lakes had to offer including fell running, kayaking, biking, climbing, sailing and orienteering.
She now does all of the same in the Alps, as well as teaching snow-shoeing and nordic walking, as well as enjoying the French way of life.
Qualified as an International Mountain Leader, Pip will lead you out in the mountains to show everything she’s passionate about from the flora, the fauna to the environment.
