Fear not, whether you struggle to run for the bus or already have 5K race experience this beginners’ retreat caters for aspiring runners of all abilities. Simply do as much or as little of the walk/run sessions as you feel capable of, before heading to the lakeside beach for a well-earned soak in the sunshine or going for a leisurely walk in the nearby forest.
Featuring guided runs through stunning scenery, breathtaking views, huge lungfuls of fresh mountain air and delicious, nutritious food, plus exciting activities such as a treasure-hunt run, kayaking and zipwiring, this is one running retreat you’ll never forget.
Each morning, Lisa will be offering a group hypnosis session where you’ll learn to harness the power of your unconscious mind to turbo-charge your motivation. You’ll also be offered an optional hour-long private hypnotherapy session with Lisa to help address any running issues you may have.
