Afternoon Arrive at Geneva between 1 and 3pm
Afternoon Transfer to chalet, introductions and overview of week
Evening Short run to get to know area
Evening Bike set up and maintenance help, followed by dinner at the chalet

 

Thursday

Morning Breakfast at chalet
Morning Ride to lake for open water swim training
Lunch Picnic at the lake
Afternoon Short run and analysis at the track
Evening Nutrition talk and pre-race eating

 

Friday

Morning Breakfast
Morning Transition practice at the chalet, followed by a short run
Lunch Lunch at the chalet
Afternoon Drive to course to have a look and discuss pre-race preparation
Evening Yoga and stretching exercises, followed by dinner

 

Saturday

Morning Breakfast
Morning Short run, ride and swim (30 minutes each)
Lunch Lunch at chalet
Afternoon Race preparation then visit to the La Clusaz for a relaxed afternoon
Evening Easy evening

 

Sunday

Morning Breakfast
Morning Transfer to race; race
Lunch Picnic lunch at race area
Afternoon Relax and enjoy the sunshine
Evening Dinner out in local restaurant to enjoy the Savoyade fayre

 

Monday

Morning Breakfast and depart (flights after 11am)
