| Evening | Nutrition talk and pre-race eating |
Friday

| Morning | Transition practice at the chalet, followed by a short run |
| Lunch | Lunch at the chalet |
| Afternoon | Drive to course to have a look and discuss pre-race preparation |
| Evening | Yoga and stretching exercises, followed by dinner |
Saturday
| Morning | Breakfast |
| Morning | Short run, ride and swim (30 minutes each) |
| Lunch | Lunch at chalet |
| Afternoon | Race preparation then visit to the La Clusaz for a relaxed afternoon |
| Evening | Easy evening |
Sunday
| Morning | Breakfast |
| Morning | Transfer to race; race |
| Lunch | Picnic lunch at race area |
| Afternoon | Relax and enjoy the sunshine |
| Evening | Dinner out in local restaurant to enjoy the Savoyade fayre |
