Saturday 26th May

Arrive Arrive at Geneva between 10am and 1pm and transfer to chalet
Afternoon Afternoon tea and introductions to the team
Afternoon Easy group run around Annecy Lake, followed by a short series of key stretches to perform after each session
Evening Pre dinner welcome drink
Evening Dinner at chalet

 

Sunday 27th May

Morning Breakfast
Morning Circuit training, using circuits for strength, power and all-round fitness. Protein shakes after session.
Lunch Lunch at chalet
Afternoon Recovery and self-management workshop at chalet, followed by easy run with stretching
Evening Dinner at chalet

 

Monday 28th May

Morning Breakfast
Morning Gym-based session on the fundamentals of developing strength for team sports
Lunch Picnic lunch at the beach
Afternoon Swim and kayak at Tailloires
Evening Important aspects of fitness for sport workshop, followed by dinner at chalet

 

Tuesday 29th May

Morning Optional pre-breakfast jog and mobility drills followed by breakfast
Morning Interval session
Lunch Lunch at the chalet
Afternoon Core training for sports workshop, followed by free swimming in the lake
Evening Dinner at the chalet

 

Wednesday 30th May

Morning Breakfast
Morning Circuit training; how to maximise your gains with limited equipment
Lunch Lunch at chalet
Afternoon Free afternoon for an Annecy town visit, paragliding, kayaking, horse riding, cycling or just relaxing by the lake
Evening Easy jog, stretch and relaxation session followed by dinner at the chalet

 

Thursday 31st May

Morning Early morning swim, followed by breakfast
Morning Design a training programme workshop
Lunch Lunch at chalet
Afternoon Technical running drills and speed and agility training
Evening Final night dinner in a local restaurant

 

Friday 1st June

Morning Optional morning run and swim followed by breakfast
Morning Trail run to a mountain summit followed by a swim in the lake to say goodbye to the area
Lunch Lunch in the chalet and depart
