| Afternoon | Core strength training at the beach |
| Evening | Dinner at chalet, followed by a nutrition talk; how to fuel your runs |
Monday 10th September
| Morning | Pre-exercise snack followed by yoga for runners |
| Morning | Late breakfast / brunch |
| Afternoon | Mountain run / walk; the first taste of altitude with a light picnic lunch en route |
| Afternoon | Twilight stretching |
| Evening | Dinner at the chalet |
Tuesday 11th September
| Morning | Pre-exercise snack followed by a running techniques session; the ups and the downs |
| Morning | Late breakfast / brunch |
| Afternoon | Bringing in the poles; Nordic Walking v Trail Running with a picnic lunch en route |
| Afternoon | Deep stretching session |
| Evening | Dinner at the chalet followed by injury prevention for runners |
Wednesday 12th September; REST DAY

| Morning | Free day for an Annecy town visit, paragliding, kayaking, horse riding, cycling or just relaxing by the lake |

Thursday 13th September
| Morning | Pre-exercise snack followed by a forest run with running drills |

| Afternoon | Body blitz; straight up, straight down (get ready to burn) followed by a late lunch at the chalet |
| Afternoon | Yin Yoga |
| Evening | Final night dinner in a local restaurant |
Friday 14th September

| Morning | Trail run to a mountain summit followed by a swim in the lake to say goodbye to the area |
