Itinerary

Saturday 19th May

Arrive Arrive Geneva between 10am and 1pm
Afternoon Afternoon tea at the chalet, introductions to Martin Yelling and Joel Jameson and the week ahead. Build bikes.
Afternoon Training Run; relaxed 5 miles easy group run to introduce people to area.
Evening Pre dinner welcome drink
Evening Dinner

 

Sunday 20th May

Morning Open water lake swim
Morning Breakfast
Morning 3-hour bike, steady ride in the mountains with a cafe stop working harder from the cafe, followed by a 60 minute flat run at IM pace
Afternoon Lunch at the chalet
Evening Coaching Q&A with Martin & Joel, followed by dinner

 

Monday 21st May

Morning Breakfast
Morning Long ride; 100 miles to Col de Columbier
Lunch Lunch at the chalet
Afternoon Lake boat trip to Annecy or relax on the beach, followed by an optional recovery swim
Evening Dinner at the chalet

 

Tuesday 22nd May

Morning Pre-exercise snack followed by open water swim, pre breakfast run
Morning Breakfast
Lunch Lunch at chalet
Afternoon Forest trail run
Evening Yoga and Stretching Workshop with Yoga Teacher, followed by dinner

 

Wednesday 23rd May

Morning Breakfast
Morning Long run
Lunch Lunch at the chalet
Afternoon Easy 90 minute spin, followed by an optional lake swim
Evening Triathlon skills for slicker racing workshop, followed by dinner

 

Thursday 24th May

Morning Pre-exercise snack followed by a swim
Morning Breakfast
Morning Hill climb TT with cafe stop at top and an easy spin back
Lunch Lunch at the chalet followed by a Strength and Conditioning class with Pete McKnight
Evening Racing and Nutrition Q&A with Martin and Joel followed by dinner in a local restaurant

 

Friday 25th May

Morning Pre-breakfast snack followed by an Aquathon; a 1k swim and 5k run
Morning Breakfast
Lunch Relax / Depart
