| Morning | 3-hour bike, steady ride in the mountains with a cafe stop working harder from the cafe, followed by a 60 minute flat run at IM pace |

| Evening | Coaching Q&A with Martin & Joel, followed by dinner |
Monday 21st May

| Morning | Long ride; 100 miles to Col de Columbier |

| Afternoon | Lake boat trip to Annecy or relax on the beach, followed by an optional recovery swim |
