| Afternoon | Head to refuge and spend the night at the Refuge Peclet-Polset. |

| Morning | Walking up and over the Col de Chaviere we descend towards Modane into the Orgere Valley |
| Lunch | Picnic Lunch en route |
| Afternoon | Finish at the Refuge de l’Orgere. |

Tuesday
| Morning | Breakfast in refuge |
| Morning | Walk high above the Maurienne valley and then into an area of small lakes in the southern part of the Vanoise |
| Lunch | Picnic lunch en route |
| Afternoon | Spend the night at the Refuge de Plan Sec |
| Evening | Dinner in refuge |
Wednesday
| Morning | Breakfast in refuge |
| Morning | Heading to the East, walk out from refuge in to the wild scenery with hanging valley glaciers above the path |
| Lunch | Pack Lunch en route |
| Afternoon | Begin to head north to arrive at the Refuge del’Arpont for the night |
| Evening | Dinner in refuge |
Thursday
| Morning | Breakfast at refuge |
| Morning | Walk out from the refuge in to the ever more dramatic scenery, as we move into the area of the highest mountains and ice-sheets |
| Lunch | Picnic lunch en route |
| Afternoon | Head towards the Refuge d’Entre -Deux -Eaux |
| Evening | Final dinner at the hotel |
Friday
| Morning | Breakfast at refuge |
| Morning | Complete our tour by descending to Pralognan today via the Col de la Vanoise, beneath the Grande Casse mountain |
| Lunch | Lunch at leisure |
| Afternoon | Free afternoon in village |
| Evening | Dinner at leisure |
