Monday 2nd July

| Morning | Pick up the trail from Thord to walk a circular route along the GR6 to visit the AG work of La Forest, amongst the ruins of an abandoned village. |

Tuesday 3rd July

| Morning | Transfer to the River Bes Valley. Visit an AG ‘sentinelle’ beside the river and then climb to the refuge of the Vieil Escangon, containing an AG sculpture. Visit local viewpoint before continuing to visit the Col d’Escuichiere (AG) before descending to the River Bleone valley. |

| Afternoon | Descend to the village of Le Mousteiret and short transfer to accommodation. |

Wednesday 4th July

| Morning | Relaxed morning to pack for refuge stay. Pick up trail at Le Brusquet over the Crete de la Blache to the Refuge Ferme Belon, used in the past by the Resistance. |

Thursday 5th July

| Morning | Walk out from refuge to the village of Draix |

| Afternoon | Transfer to Dignes for a relaxing afternoon in hotel spa or visit the town of Dignes |
