Arrive Arrive at Geneva between 10am and 1pm
Afternoon Afternoon tea and introductions to the team. Plus one-to-one goal settings for the week.

Evening Pre-dinner welcome drink
Evening Nutrition Talk followed by dinner

 

Sunday 17th June

Morning Pre-exercise snack followed by circuit training around the lake
Morning Late breakfast / brunch
Afternoon Kayaking and open-water swimming at Tailloires beach with light picnic-lunch
Evening Twilight trail run or walk
Evening Dinner at chalet followed by an exercise talk

 

Monday 18th June

Morning Pre-exercise snack followed by morning yoga by the lake
Morning Late breakfast / brunch and smoothie-making demonstration
Afternoon Mountain biking along local woodland forests and light picnic lunch
Evening Pilates session
Evening Dinner at chalet

 

Tuesday 19th June

Morning Pre-exercise snack followed by core strength and conditioning class
Morning Late breakfast / brunch
Afternoon Nordic walking in local mountains overlooking Annecy Lake, light picnic lunch on route
Evening Deep stretching class
Evening Dinner followed by the nutrition talk, part 2

 

Wednesday 20th June

Morning Pre-exercise snack followed by hill reps
Morning Late breakfast / brunch
Afternoon Free afternoon for an Annecy town visit, paragliding, kayaking, horse riding, cycling or just relaxing by the lake
Evening Dinner at chalet

 

Thursday 21st June

Morning Pre-exercise snack followed by lakeside run
Morning Late breakfast / brunch
Afternoon Body blitz class; get ready to burn followed by lunch at chalet
Evening Yin Yoga, followed by a Q&A on the week’s activities
Evening Dinner in local restaurant

 

Friday 22nd June

Morning Optional morning run and swim followed by breakfast
Morning Last walk to a mountain summit to say goodbye to the area
Lunch Lunch in the chalet and depart
