Arrive Arrive Geneva between 10am and 1pm
Afternoon Afternoon tea at the chalet, introductions to the team
Afternoon Welcome Yoga and gentle unwinding hatha yoga to tune in to the breathe, Pranayama and grounding yourself in the mountains.
Evening Pre dinner welcome drink
Evening Dinner at chalet

 

Sunday 23rd Sept

Morning Energising and dynamic yoga. Increase your internal heat to improve strength, flexibility and eliminate toxins from the body
Morning Brunch at the chalet
Lunch Free time to relax, walk or take part other activities beside the lake
Evening Restorative Yoga and Meditation; to clear the mind and gain a deep relaxation
Evening Dinner at the Chalet

 

Monday 24th Sept

Morning Vinyasa Flow and Inversions; synchronise the breath and the movement for a full relaxation
Morning Brunch at the chalet
Afternoon Free time with relax, walk or take part in other activities beside the lake
Evening Yogalates; a fusion of yoga and pilates with a focus on the core muscles and relaxation techniques
Evening Dinner in local restaurant

 

Tuesday 25th Sept

Morning Sun salutations and hatha yoga to seal your practice and leave you feeling rejuvenated.
Morning Brunch and a swim before departing for the airport
