Overview:

Join marathon runner, Liz Yelling and her husband Martin, on this fabulous running retreat for competent through to advanced runners looking to improve their running skills.

Liz Yelling hosts this unique and high quality running camp, using her knowledge, understanding and approach to help you achieve your goals. If you are regularly running up to 10km, through to an experienced marathon campaigner, this is for you.

Liz and Martin are on hand all week to coach, guide, inspire and motivate runners to take the next steps towards their personal goals and aspirations. All this is done is a warm, approachable, welcoming, friendly and supportive way with your personal aspirations as the focus for the week.

  • Great workouts every day. Fun, challenging, varied for every level of performance, every session personally coached by Liz.
  • Eat healthy, natural, nutritious and tasty food; what works to support your training, racing and recovery.
  • The best way to warm up, cool down and stretch to stay injury free. Core conditioning, strengthening and stretching programmes.
  • How to judge running pace and distance to secure best results.
  • How to reach your chosen race/event in peak condition
  • How to race strongly, with passion, purpose and intent.
  • How to stay motivated during training and longer races.
  • How write your own event specific effective, balanced training plan ÔÇô personal coaching review with Liz.
  • Guided, supportive mountain runs in stunning scenery.
  • Friendly coaching team lead by one of the UK’s top female runners and coaches.

Find out from Liz how you can be a better runner. All activities, runs and workouts are done with your personal goal as priority. Everything is done with and for the runner.

You will be staying in a luxury chalet in the Alps. The price is all inclusive at £1,200 per person, including;

  • all training, as shown on the schedule
  • all training facilities
  • 6 nights accommodation in a private, en-suite room
  • full board, including a continental or cooked breakfast, lunch and 3-course dinner with wine
  • training snacks and water
  • a one-to-one personal assessment with the main trainer
  • use of spa facilities at the chalet
  • 1/2 hour massage with our sports masseuse
  • transfers to and from the airport and all local transport

The costs to you are flights, holiday insurance, dinner on the final night, other activities, spa treatments, drinks and souvenirs.
