Afternoon Introduction to Chen-style Tai Chi; how to warm up and prepare for Tai Chi and introduction to the short form (11 movements)
Evening Pre dinner welcome drink
Evening Evening meditation followed by dinner at chalet

 

Thursday

Morning Breakfast
Morning Beginning practice of the short form
Lunch Lunch at the chalet
Evening Introduction to Qigong / Chgung and its application to Formwork in the mountains
Evening Dinner at the Chalet

 

Friday

Morning Pre-breakfast warm up and mediation, followed by breakfast
Morning Introduction to standing postures and their application to Formwork
Afternoon Lunch at the chalet
Evening Qigong and posures in the mountains
Evening Evening meditation followed by dinner in local restaurant

 

Saturday

Morning Breakfast
Morning Work on the 11 short form postures with personal recommendations
Lunch Depart
