‘TRAIL ATTACK’

Join passionate runner Steph Lightfoot on a trail running adventure. From lakeside runs to high Alpine passes, come and enjoy spectacular scenery and explore the world of Trail Running.

Based near the stunning Alpine lake town of Annecy, ‘Trail Attack’ is aimed at anyone who runs regularly and loves being out in the hills. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be fast, this is a week that’s all about getting out there with fresh air, beautiful scenery and great routes. If you regularly run 10km at home and like a challenge, then this is for you.

  • Get away from it all and run free on amazing Alpine trails
  • Lake side trails, forest runs, high mountain passes, steep hills, technical descents
  • Improve your off road running skills; there’s a whole lot more technique involved
  • Receive a full posture, body composition and biomechanics assessment
  • Learn about nutrition for running; what to eat and drink before, during and after your run
  • Push your times and distances and build endurance
  • Based on beautiful Lake Annecy; one of the most inspiring Alpine settings in the world
  • Run by a multi-discipline coach to help you find the right balance for you
  • Adaptable to all fitness levels and abilities
  • Meet other like-minded runners and enjoy a relaxing break!

Get away from it all and explore some of the most exciting, challenging, remote, beautiful and fun running you’ll ever experience. Forget times, distances, pace, this is a week of running from the heart; simply because you love it! Blending amazing routes of all distances with healthy food, core strength training, stretching and nutrition: to give your body and mind an amazing boost.

You will be staying in a luxury chalet in the Alps. The price is all inclusive at £999 per person, including;

  • all training, as shown on the schedule
  • all training facilities
  • 6 nights accommodation in a private, en-suite room
  • full board, including a continental or cooked breakfast, lunch and 3-course dinner with wine
  • training snacks and water
  • a one-to-one personal assessment with the main trainer
  • use of spa facilities at the chalet
  • 30-minute massage with our sports masseuse
  • transfers to and from the airport and all local transport

The costs to you are flights, holiday insurance, dinner on the final night and souvenirs.
