CHRISTINE HEMPHILL
Christine Hemphill is a professional long course triathlete and coach who lives and trains from her base in the Aravis Valley.
This past season has seen her achieve multiple podium finishes regionally, top 10 pro finish at two ironman distance races (including the prestigeous Ironman Nice) and a top 20 in the elite field at the Long Course World Championships in Las Vegas.
Besides training, Christine writes on health and fitness related to multisport; in particular for women, masters’ athletes and parents.
