Steph is all about balance. Her aim is to help you feel fitter and more relaxed in the short term, and show you how to stay fitter and healthier for life. Steph has worked as a fitness consultant with a huge range of people, including elite athletes and corporate leaders.
Steph is fascinated by the human body, athletic performance, and by the relationships between exercise, health, well being, food, and performance.
Steph is qualified in several inter-related sport and physical therapy disciplines, blending the latest personal training methods, nutrition info, and sports therapy practises, with a harmonious mix of ‘anatomical’ yoga, massage and healthy eating. Her qualifications include;

Steph has been living in the French Alps for 15 years, and it’s fair to say there aren’t many Alpine sports she doesn’t take part in, but she also admits to enjoying a glass of red wine and chocolate now and again.
