In Autumn 2012, we are hosting the following short breaks
Each weekend runs for 4 days / 3 nights, arriving on the Saturday or Wednesday morning and departing on the Tuesday / Saturday afternoon.

Trainers
International sports-stars, professional coaches and local guides are the trainers for our retreats, providing you with the best expertise available. We design the camps with you in mind, to make sure you learn as much as possible to take it home and put it in to practice.
One-to-One Assessments
You will receive a one-to-one assessment and analysis and feedback whilst you are with us. Where appropriate, we also use video analysis to review your progress whilst you are with us.
The Facilities
Our playground is the beautiful Savoie and Haute Savoie regions of France. We use the natural facilities of the area, i.e. the mountains, the lakes and the rivers, as much as we possibly can. Each retreat is unique so see the retreat information for more details.
The Accommodation
Our retreats are all hosted in chalets typical to the region. The accommodation for your retreat will be shown in the retreat information. We have a team of people to look after you and make sure you can relax after a great day out in the mountains.
Food
Food is a very important part of the holiday. We source it all locally and freshly cook it every day, to give you a flavour of France.
The Cost
The price of the weekend is £549 and includes
- All training, as shown on the schedule
- All facilities and equipment (except personal equipment), as shown on the schedule
- 3 nights accommodation in a luxury chalet, with spa facilities, in a private, en-suite room
- Full board including breakfast, lunch and dinner except on the final night when we eat out in a local restaurant
- A one-to-one assessment, appropriate to the retreat
- A 30 minute massage
- Transfers to and from Geneva Airport or Annecy Station
- Local transport to and from activities
