Overview:

Join former Gladiator and Personal Trainer, James Crossely on a weight loss retreat in the Alps. Whether you are looking to kick start a fitness campaign, lose weight for Christmas or just want to learn some great tips on keeping slim, this weekend is for you.

Over the course of the weekend you will learn a variety of ways to help you go home and lose that weight you’ve always been meaning too, as well as learn to eat healthily and live a balanced lifestyle.

You will learn how to

  • eat a healthy diet and lose weight, using the Paleo or Caveman’ diet
  • use resistance training, the German Body Composition technique, to help with weight loss
  • focus on fat hot spots and look at what hormone imbalance causes your particular issues, including a 20-30 minutes BioSignature Modulation consultation
  • learn how to use TABATA interval training for the most effective weight loss training technique

as well as taking part in some great exercise classes and guided walks in the beautiful mountains surrounding Annecy Lake.

As a result, you will see improved performance in all areas of your life including body composition, hormone balance, sleep, energy levels and health.

You will be staying in a luxury chalet in the Alps. The price of the weekend is £549 and includes

  • All training, as shown on the schedule
  • All facilities and equipment (except personal equipment), as shown on the schedule
  • 3 nights accommodation in a luxury chalet, with spa facilities, in a private, en-suite room
  • Full board including breakfast, lunch and dinner except on the final night when we eat out in a local restaurant
  • A one-to-one assessment, appropriate to the retreat
  • A 30 minute massage
  • Transfers to and from Geneva Airport or Annecy Station
  • Local transport to and from activities

The cost to you is flights and dinner on the final night, when we eat out in a local restaurant.
